TOPBUN FAQ's

When will I receive my order?

TOPBUN orders take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once a label has been created. Labels are typically created the day before the actual package arrives at the post office. 

Do You Offer Pickup?

Yes! All TOPBUN orders can be picked up at The Social Goods Marketplace located at 4002 Shenandoah Ave, St. Louis Mo, 63110.
Their Hours are Wednesday through Saturday; 10am - 4pm. TOPBUN orders are dropped off every Wednesday and Saturday before noon. You can pick up your order the 1st following Wednesday or Saturday after 12pm.
Example: An Order placed on Thursday will be ready to pickup on Saturday after 12pm    An Order placed on Monday will be ready to pick up on Wednesday after 12pm

Do you offer bulk purchases?

Yes! TOPBUN offers bulk/wholesale options for scrunchies and face covers. Minimum order is 5 and up to 20. If you need more than 20, please email stltopbun@gmail.com with the amount you need. 

Bulk/wholesale products are able to be customized to a certain extent based on fabric available. When on the checkout screen, leave a comment with a description of what color you would like the band (for face covers) and what color you want the product. 

Please keep in mind that based on fabric available - I may not be able to do exact color matches.

If ordering for an event - please keep in mind that bulk orders take up to a month to fulfill based on when the fabric comes in. 

Face Covers and Scrunchies are sold separately for bulk purchases - Bundles are not applicable.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Hair products such as the headbands, scrunchies and bun bobbles are final sale, as there is no way to sanitize these if returned. 
Face covers may be returned or exchanged after 15 days of receiving your product. Returned Face Covers are deconstructed; washed; put back together with new elastic bands and nose strip and then steamed.

Can I expedite my order? 

Sure! Expedited orders still may take up to 3 - 4 business days to fulfill. If you need your order expedited - please type “Expedite” along with the date you need it by in the comment sections on the checkout screen.
